Juliana is the absolute BEST!! She did such a wonderful job helping me and my partner plan our wedding. She’s so calm while being so so so on top of everything. At one point I was having a hard time getting some info from our venue and she found a solution/back door to get the info for us in less than 24 hours. That’s just one of the many things she did for us along the way. She’s an excellent communicator and always quick to respond.

I never could have imagined needing Juliana is much as I did. As a girl who has been dreaming of her wedding nearly her entire life, I was excited to plan it! But I had never imagined the nuances, details, and simply - the work - it would require! Amidst planning our wedding, we moved across the country and I started a new job. Life was feeling new and crazy, but Juliana was our constant. She became more to us than a planner, she became our friend. She showed my parents our wedding venue, patiently answering all of their questions. When we moved across the country, wedding planning sessions became incredibly comforting. She was on top of it. Our lives were feeling hectic and Juliana was always there to calm it down. I would text her frantically, she would answer calmly. She narrowed down my lists, “you do this, I’ll do that.” By the time our wedding came, my entire family knew Juliana. When she arrived the morning of my wedding, I couldn’t wait to hug her. July 27 was the most perfect, magical day of our lives. I’m sure there were little problems arising left and right, but Juliana helped make it feel like every single thing was perfectly perfect. I was blindly in love, dancing the night away. At the end of the night, my (now!) husband and I hugged Juliana. She had become family. To have Juliana as your planner is truly a gift. She cares. She’s patient. It’s so clear that her main goal is to execute your dreams. She does this because she loves it - and it shows.

Juliana did an amazing job planning our wedding at the Griffin House in Hood River. She has a wealth of knowledge about the venue, which allowed us to plan a well executed wedding. She also has worked with a wide set of vendors in the area, which helped during our vendor selection process. During the actual day, Juliana made sure all the details were taken care of so we did not have to stress out and nothing was missed. Through the planning process, Juliana provided seamless communication and guidance. We were very impressed by how responsive she was to our questions. Where to even begin?! If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further! I can't begin to cover how essential Juliana was in our wedding planning process and in making our wedding day so special. I had enough self-awareness at the beginning of the planning process to know that someone who was calm, solution-oriented, and go-with-the-flow would be the best planning partner to my type A, proactive, easily overwhelmed bridal self and I found that and more in Juliana.
An example of how she made the process so smooth for us was allowing us to send her decor and materials since we lived out-of-state - that was such an enormous help for us! Juliana not only picked up our table runners ahead of time but even picked up our cake on wedding day. She inventoried all of our items and organized them ahead of time based on seating charts and dietary needs. She was so generous with her time and kept us on schedule throughout the journey with clear expectations of what tasks needed to be completed by specific dates. We really appreciated her advice and guidance as the expert in the industry and given her experience with our venue, while also loved that she took our opinions and desires into consideration for each decision.
One of the ways she went above and beyond for us was by taking over conversations directly with our florist around our chuppah for the ceremony. Not only did they come up with multiple plans in the event that our wedding day was super windy, but behind-the-scenes they pulled off a huge surprise and executed a brand new, custom-built wood chuppah base that would be much more stable in the event of wind. All of the coordination and effort that went into that plan was so significant to us as the chuppah was a super important piece of our ceremony from both a symbolic and decorative point of view.
Day of the wedding, Juliana was a powerhouse, executing all of our details and making it look easy. She was warm and sweet to our family/friends - we received so many compliments about her and her team. Throughout wedding planning, I always felt like I could be myself and give my honest opinions and thoughts. Half of our calls were therapy sessions and while I could go on about all of the amazing things Juliana helped us to accomplish, I think what says it all is that I consider her a friend. She is honest, down-to-earth, hard working, communicative, and so kind. Do not walk, RUN to any opportunity to work with her. My now husband and I are so grateful to have met her and partnered with her on such an important event in our lives - we can't say thank you enough!
